Ballistic missile hits coalition mercenaries in Jizan: Army spokesman

JIZAN, Aug. 30 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Friday fired a ballistic missile at groups of the Saudi-led aggression coalition mercenaries in Jizan province, a Yemen’s army spokesman Yahay Saria said in a statement.

The missile, Qasam 1, hit the mercenaries in north of Hairan district accurately, killing and wounding dozens of the mercenaries, Saria added.

The spokesman said that the strike came as a pre-emptive operation to foil the aggression plots, where it was preparing to attack towards the army sites in Haradh district.
