Update: Army attacks coalition forces’ sites in Taiz

TAIZ, Aug. 23 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by the popular committees on Friday waged a surprise attack on positions of the Saudi-led coalition forces in Qahban area on al-Kadaha front in al-Maafer district of Taiz province, an army official said.

The official confirmed that the attack left casualties in ranks of the coalition forces and losses in their military gear.
