Yemen’s PM meets Foreign Minister

SANAA, Aug. 5 (YPA) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdul Aziz Saleh bin Habtoor met with Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf on Monday.

Sharaf made a presentation on the latest developments in communication with foreign parties on a number of issues, including the continued closure of Sana’a International Airport and its humanitarian consequences, in addition to efforts to lift the siege on Yemen as well as the economic file on salaries of employees and stability of the national currency  which the countries of aggression and their tools are trying to use as pressure cards as a result of their failure on the military side.

Sharaf explained that the developments of the economic file will be the main topics of conferences and panel discussions in a number of international forums to clarify the suffering of the Yemeni people because of the aggression and possible ways to deal with it within the framework of a comprehensive political settlement and just peace.

The Prime Minister valued the efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and directed the Ministry to follow up and coordinate with all concerned parties to clarify the aspects of the economic and financial aggression against Yemen during the past years imposed by the coalition’s aggression and develop the appropriate proposals to deal with.
