President al-Mashat meets Local Administration Minister

SANAA, July 27 (YPA) – President Mahdi al-Mashat met on Saturday with the Minister of Local Administration Ali al-Qeesi to discuss the local authority’s role and improving its performance.

At the meeting, al-Mashat stressed on the importance of field visit of specialized teams to evaluate the authority’s work and strengthen communication between the ministry and the provinces.

The president was obtained on the efforts exerted by the ministry to establish workshops for developing and qualifying the local authority officials in light of launching the national vision to build the Yemeni modern state.
