Awareness course about cluster munitions remnants concluded in Saada

SAADA, July 22 (YPA) – An awareness and training course about risk of cluster munitions remnants concluded on Monday in Saada province.

Governor Saada Mohammed Jaber Awadh affirmed during the conclusion of course that dozens of children and women were killed by remnants of the Saudi-led aggression coalition cluster bombs in the province.

The thirty-day course aimed at trainers gain new information and skills to protect and aware the society from the remnants.

The course organized by Yemen’s Executive Mine Action Centre in coordination with National Authority for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
