SANAA, July 20 (YPA) – Britain summoned on Saturday Iran’s top diplomat in London after the seizure of a British-flagged tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, according to Reuters.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard had suspended on Friday a British tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, for not complying with maritime laws.
The Revolutionary Guard confirmed that the boats of the naval forces in the first area and under the orders from Hormuzgan province Ports Corporation, stopped the tanker “Stina Imbro”, after colliding with a fishing boat.
