Yemeni army repels coalition’s large-scale attack in Najran

NAJRAN, May 4 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on late Friday repelled four track attacks carried by mercenaries hired by Saudi army in Najran region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The battle, which took place in Tala’a site, left dozens of the Saudi soldiers and militants dead and wounded, the official said.

The official confirmed that the foiled attack lasted for hours, with the participation of warplanes and Apache, but without making any progress on the ground.
