Rally in Mahwait to protest against Sunday’s coalition crimes in Sawan area

MAHWAIT, April 9 (YPA) – Residents with sheikhs of Mahwait province on Tuesday staged a protest rally to condemn the Sunday’s air strikes carried out by Saudi-led coalition fighter jets on Sawan area of the capital Sanaa.

At the rally, the tribesmen denounced the international silence towards the crimes and violations committed by the coalition against the Yemeni people.

The Sunday’s air strikes hit the residential square nearby girl’s school, killing  11 citizens, including schoolgirls and injuring 39 others.

The rally held the United Nations the full responsibility for the ongoing crimes and the worsening humanitarian crisis are being caused by the coalition on the Yemeni people.

The participants called on the missile units of the Yemeni army to respond on the coalition’s military escalation and its crimes in Yemen.
