TAIZ, March 29 (YPA) – Several militants of the so-called 35th armored brigade loyal to Saudi-led coalition were killed and others injured on Thursday by the Yemeni army fire in Taiz province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The army backed by the popular committees launched a large-scale attack on the brigade in al-Aqrodh front, cutting off reinforcements and supplies that were heading to the brigade militants after besieging them.
The official added that this operation was carried out in cooperation with the honorable people affected by the coalition war in the area, in an effort to liberate their areas from the coalition militia.
