Coalition-backed militias injure 2 civilians, burn warehouse in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, March 11 (YPA) – A women and man were injured on Monday by fires of militias loyal to Saudi-led coalition in al-Jabaliya area of al-Tuhayta district in Hodeidah province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

Meanwhile, a large fire broke out in one of the commercial stores in the July 7 residential area as a result of intensive bombing by the coalition forces on the area.

The official indicated that the coalition militias fired more than 30 Katyusha rockets and 15 artillery shells on al-Faza area of al-Tuhayta district, in a continual violation of Sweden Agreement.

The militias also targeted al-Shajan area of al-Durihemi district, Hodeidah airport and streets in central of Hodeidah city with artillery and machine-guns, in conjunction with intensive flying of the coalition warplanes and spy aircrafts.
