Palestinian killed by Israeli occupation near Jericho

SANAA, March 10 (YPA) – A Palestinian teenager was killed on Sunday by Israeli occupation forces near Jericho, east of the occupied West Bank.

The occupation forces claimed that the young man had attempted to run a raid by a vehicle he was driving, when he broke into an occupation barrier near the road “90 ” and refused to stop for a search in the Jordan Valley near Jericho, according to Israeli media.

No official Palestinian sources have yet confirmed the report, but local media sources pointed to the incident, saying that the Israeli occupation forces had detained body of the deceased and imposed a security cordon at the scene.
