SANAA, March. 4 (YPA) – Deputy Yemeni Foreign Minister Hussein al-Azzi said on Monday that the UN-brokered Hodeidah agreement is the key step to implement of redeployment and achieve peace.
Al-Azzi affirmed” we have all options are open if the other side continues violations or military escalation against the positions of the Yemeni army and obstructing the agreement in Hodeidah.”
Al-Azzi in a statement briefed by Yemeni Press Agency (YPA) said that the political leaderships made concessions to push to achieve the peace for alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people.
“The Red Sea port city of Hodeidah is the only artery to enter the humanitarian aid and save 24 million Yemenis of starvation, but the Saudi-led coalition-backed the other party is trying to hinder the agreement and double the suffering in Yemen,” deputy foreign minister added.
Al-Azzi stressed on the importance of commitment to implement the agreement and called on the United Nations to disclose the obstructed party.
