SANAA, March.28 (YPA) – General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology (GACAM) denied the allegations of Saudi-led coalition’s spokesman on the use of Sana’a International Airport for military purposes.
“The allegations of coalitions’ spokesman is a pure fabrication and baseless allegations,” an official source in (GACAM) said.
In a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency, the official confirmed that the in accordance with international standards and procedures issued by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
The aim of these allegations is to continue the closure of Sana’a airport, especially as there are international voices demanding reopening of the airport in front of civilian flights, the official added.
GACAM urged again the United Nations to pressure the countries’ of the alliance to reopen Sana’a International Airport in front of all civil and humanitarian flights.
