SANAA, Feb. 25 (YPA) -Activists on social media on Sunday are mocking the Saudi king Salman bin Abdulaziz, who was exposed in an awkward situation on Sunday during his presidency of the Arab-European summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
After reading a few words from a paper, the king stopped for a while, and asked one of his servants whether he had read the sentence he just finished, saying, “Did I read this or not?”
King Salman then fumbled a little, before he continued his speech with a tired voice and poor language, which sparked activists’ mockery.
في الثانية ٥٠ يقول الملك سلمان "تعال.. هذي قريتها؟" ولا يدري ما يقرأ!!!

Activists recalled the King’s health and his Alzheimer’s disease, in view of the question he had addressed to one of his escorts, through which he showed that he forgets what he reads.
Saudi Arabia is an absolute monarchy in which the king rules according to his own whims. However, in the case of King Salman, many rumors have surfaced that for years now the monarch has been nearly completely isolated from actual power due to his old age and frail health, and that his son Muhammad bin Salman has taken over power in all but name.
