Update: Yemeni army takes control over Saudi military sites in Najran

NAJRAN, Feb. 16 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Saturday launched large scale attacks on a number of Saudi army positions and its militants in Najran region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency

According to the official, the army forces took control of a number of sites and Tabab between Eastern and western Rashaha area in Najran front.

Dozens of the militants were killed and injured in the attack, the official added.

On Friday, the army forces repelled an attack carried out by the Saudi-hired militants on in al-Buqa desert, killing and injuring dozens of them

Meanwhile, the army shot dead a Saudi soldier in al-Sawh area, the official added.
