Saudi-led coalition has to end so-called STC in Aden: Kuwaiti politician

SANAA, Feb. 14 (YPA) – A Kuwaiti politician Fayez Nashwan on Thursday called on the Saudi-led coalition to launch a military operation to end the so-called the “Southern Transition Council (STC) in Yemen’s southern provinces.

Nashwan on his Twitter account said that” the STC threatens to occupy the “interim capital of Aden” and has plans to divide Yemen’s south to the cantons.”

The Saudi-led coalition has divided being disintegrated in recent times since it has been waging a military operation against Yemen in 2015.

The four-year-old coalition war on Yemen has killed over 10,000 Yemenis, mostly women and children, displaced more than 3 million, according to the United Nations.
