SANAA, Feb. 7 (YPA) – The 75 observers of the United Nation mission deployed in Yemen could be stationed on a ship anchored in the port of Hodeidah starting in March, UN sources said on Wednesday.
A source close familiar with the issue said, “it is a solution”, confirmed by the French newspaper Le Figaro.
According to the paper, the United Nations has taken a decision about the ship.
It also explained that it will rent the “the 142-metre-long Lease commercial ship MV Bluefort, now owned by the Canadian company Bridgeman’s Services”.
The MV Bluefort is an old ship, that was built in 1979 and converted in 2015 into a 299-cabin hotel with offices and a helicopter landing platform.
