Update: Army shoots down coalition spy plane in Jizan

JIZAN, Jan. 2 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Sunday shot down a Saudi-led coalition spy plane in Jizan border province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The operation took place when the army carried out a large-scale attack on sites of coalition’s forces  in front of Qais mount, the official added.

Furthermore, dozens of Saudi soldiers and their militias were killed and injured during the attack.
