Army fires 4 Zilzal-1 missiles on Saudi forces in Jizan

JIZAN, Feb. 2 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s missile force on Saturday fired four Zilzal-1 missiles on gatherings of Saudi army in Jizan region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official made it clear that the four locally-made missiles targeted the Saudi troops at M.P.C. Mountain adjoining al-Khuba area.

“The missiles hit their targets accurately, leaving dead and wounded among the Saudi soldiers and mercenaries,” he added.

Earlier in the day, the Yemeni army’s snipers gunned down three Saudi soldiers at al-Doud Mountain in the same region.
