Special session for protection of IDPs concluded in Dhamar

DHAMAR, Jan. 30 (YPA) – The National Development and Humanitarian Response Foundation (NDC) on Tuesday concluded the training session for volunteers on how to monitor the emergency protection of IDPs.
Fifteen volunteers from Wisab-Safil district of Dhamar governorate received training and theoretical knowledge on emergency response to protect the displaced and the poorest in Dhamar and Bayda provinces.
At the closing ceremony, Dr. Abdo Saad Al-Faqih, secretary-general of the Local Council of Wisab-Safil, confirmed the readiness of the local authority to provide all facilities to the organizations working in the field of care for displaced persons present in the district.
