Army clears 15 military sites in Jizan

JIZAN, Jan. 25 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Friday cleared 15 sites of coalition’s forces in Haradh district in a qualitative military operation.
The armed forces spokesman, Yahya Sarea confirmed that the operation was carried out after the completion of all intelligence information.
The army launched the attack towards the positions of the coalition’s militias south of Nar mount, killing 19 of the militias, including 7 leaders, and wounding more than 30.
Some of the bodies and wounded were taken to the Sameta hospital in Jizan, while dozens of bodies and wounded were still dumped and could not get them out.
Sarea added that the operation led to the cleansing of 15 sites after the expulsion of the militias from the south of Nar mount.
He pointed out that the confusion prevailed between militias, stressing that the operation represents a message to the forces of coalition and their militias that our armed forces launched a stage A new confrontation with coalition’s forces and has already moved from defense to attack.
