SANAA, Jan. 19 (YPA) – The Specialized Penal Court of First Instance in the capital Sanaa on Saturday sentenced a man to death for collaborating with the Saudi enemy.
In its hearing, chaired by Judge Abdo Ismail Hassan Rajeh, the court found the accused guilty of the charges attributed to him in the indictment and sentenced him to death and ordered the confiscation of his funds and property inside and outside the country.
The court based its decision on the physical evidence provided by the criminal prosecution and official reports proving that the convict was in contact with the Saudi aggression state and those who work for its interest, and that he provided it with military information in exchange for money, and this would harm the military center of the republic of Yemen.
