Zilzal-1 missile hits coalition militias’ sites in Bayda

BAYDA, Jan. 14 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces on Monday fired a missile of Zilzal-1 type on gatherings of militias loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Qaniya front of Bayda province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official confirmed that the missile hit its target accurately, killing and injuring dozens of militiamen.

The rocketry attack came after the coalition militias’ attempt to carry out an offensive against military sites of the army at hills near Qaniya area, the official added.
