HODEIDAH, Jan. 7 (YPA) – Deputy Chairman of the Red Sea Ports Corporation, Yahya Sharafuddin, on Monday said that nothing has changed so far in the Port of Hodeidah after the agreement reached in Sweden consultations.
“Every time a statement is issued by the United Nations to support the Red Sea Ports Corporation, the opposite is happening on the ground,” Sharafuddin added.
He referred that three tankers holding permits from the United Nations were not allowed to enter the port by “the aggression forces.”
“What has changed after the agreement in the port is that the UN increased complex procedures,” he said.
