Update: Coalition shells several areas in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Jan. 3 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition militants on Thursday shelled with artillery and machine guns various areas in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the bombardment targeted Sha’ab city in the western coast.

Earlier in the day, the militants also bombed Koa’i area east of Durihimi district.
