Report: Civilian killed in coalition’s attacks over 24 hours

SANAA, Dec. 26 (YPA) – A civilian was killed and five injured, including two children and two women, when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched ground and air attacks on several areas of Yemen’s provinces during the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Wednesday.

  • In Hodeidah province:

A civilian was killed and three injured, including two women, in coalition’s bombing at their home in Tafsa village of Jarahi district.
Coalition’s militias fired mortar shells at Jarba, Shajen villages and Monqem valley of Durihimi district.
Coalition’s militias targeted Zafran village of Kilo -16 area with machine guns.
Coalition fired shells toward 22 May hospital in Hali district and at homes in Durihimi district.
Coalition’s bulldozers established new fortifications and sites in the east-north of Shabab city and north-west of Kilo -16 area of Hali district.

  • In Bayda province:

Two children were injured in coalition’s bombing at Dhohra area of Qarashya district.

  • In Saada province:

13 airstrikes hit several areas of Baqem district.
Airstrikes and artillery shells targeted Dhaher district.
