17 coalition cease-fire violations in Hodeidah in line of UN team’s presence: Spokesman

SANAA, Dec. 24 (YPA) – Spokesman of the Yemeni army Brig. Gen. Yahya Sarie, said in a statement on Monday that the Saudi-led coalition’s militiamen carried out  17 violations of a cease-fire in Hodeidh province while the UN team in Hodeidah is present.

“The Saudi-led coalition’s fighter jets heavily keep flying over Hodeidah sky simultaneously with artillery and missile attacks by militiamen on residential areas in the province, said the spokesman.”

The attacks targeted al-Shab and Kilo areas.

Sarie added that “the fighter jets wage 25 strikes over the past 24 hours on several provinces of Saada, Jizan, Sanaa, Hajjah and Bayda.”
