21 civilians killed,injured in bomb attack on Security Center in Hadramawt

HADRAMAWT, Dec. 22 (YPA) – A child was killed and about 20 were injured on Friday when Unknown gunman person riding a motorcycle throw a bomb at a gathering of citizens in front of a Security Center gate in Shaher city, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

A sound bomb exploded near the Security center, prompting citizens to gather to see the cause of the explosion, local residents said in the city of Shaher.

Meanwhile, another unknown gunman on a motorcycle threw a grenade bomb among the crowd in front of the center, killing a child and injuring about 20 people, including children and security men.

The injuries are varied between serious and moderate injuries.

Ambulances and police immediately rushed to the scene of the blast and the wounded people   were taken to Al-Shaher General Hospital and a medical clinic in the city.

Shaher and other southern cities, under the control of the UAE occupation forces, have been witnessing security chaos amid the spread of terrorist groups of al-Qaeda and Daesh.
