Yemen army wounds military commander loyal to Saudi coalition
TAIZ, March 14 (YPA) – A military commander loyal to US-backed Saudi-led coalition on Wednesday was wounded by Yemeni army fires, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
Chief of Staff of the so-called 2nd Brigade Amalika, Noman Al-Homaidi, was injured and several of his escourts were killed in the west coast front.
The army destroyed a military vehicle belonging to the coalition forces in Makbanah district, killing five of its crew members.
An army artillery shelled Saudi coalition gunmen gathering and their military vehicles at Somara junction, causing heavy losses among their ranks.
