President, Parliament’s Deputy Speaker discuss national developments

SANAA, Dec. 18 (YPA) – President Mahdi al-Mashat on Tuesday discussed with Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Abdulsalam Zabia the national developments in light of the results of Sweden talks and the ceasefire coming into force in Hodeidah province.

They dealt with the parliament’s activities and plans during the current stage, as well as its role in communicating with the world countries parliaments and international organizations on the situation in Yemen.

The meeting also touched on aspects of coordination between the legislative and executive authorities to improve the level of performance and alleviate the suffering of Yemeni people as a result of the war and siege.
