Ministry of industry and trade implements new price control campaign

SANAA, Dec. 10 (YPA) Office of Industry and Commerce in Sanaa Province on Monday carried out a new field campaign to control prices in a number of provincial directorates.

The campaign came as part of the update of the initial list of prices for some staple and consumer foodstuffs at retail and wholesale outlets, Amin Shaya, director general of the Industrial Bureau of the province said.

This comes as part of the keenness of the ministry’s leadership and the province to control the price violators.

The campaign will be carried out in coordination with the security services and the competent authorities.
