UAE occupation dissolves Abu Yamama’s militia in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 9 (YPA) – Informed sources on Sunday said that the UAE occupation took back many military armored vehicles from some of militias loyal to it in the port city of Aden, southern Yemen.

“The UAE occupation forces’ command withdrew military vehicles from commander of the so-called the 1st Support Brigade Abu al-Yamama and the militia leader Samed Sanah, and stopped the funds and supplies allocated for them,” said Abdulrahman al-Maflahi, a military official in the so-called “the 4th presidential protection brigade” loyal to the exiled Hadi.

Al-Maflahi added that the Emirati command distributed Abu al-Yamama’s militia among the 4th Military Region’s brigades loyal to Hadi.

Observers considered this move a big penetration of the UAE occupation into Hadi’s forces for the sake of the coming military control over the city of Aden.
