Parliament Speaker meets external communication team

SANAA, Dec. 8 (YPA) – Speaker of the Yemeni parliament, Yahya al-Rai, on Saturday met with the National Team for External Communication headed by ambassador Dr. Ahmed al-Emad.

The meeting dealt with the parliament efforts to expose the acts and crimes committed and still being committed by Saudi-led coalition.

Al-Ra’i said that the parliament with all its components has always endeavored and sought to cooperate with the team to achieve the objectives for which the team was established.

He assigned the parliament member Bassam al-Sahter to brief the team on all correspondence sent by the parliament to Arab, Islamic, African, European parliaments and international parliamentary unions, which reveal the crimes of the coalition countries led by Saudi Arabia.

For his part, Dr. al-Emad briefed al-Ra’i on the team’s activities and the efforts it made at the level of the Yemeni embassies abroad and other international organizations to expose the coalition crimes against Yemeni people.
