Army repels large-scale attack of coalition in Asir

ASIR, Dec. 3 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Monday repelled a large-scale attack of coalition-backed militias in Asir border province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

Dozens of the militias were killed and injured during repelling their attack that lasted for hours in front of Alb border crossing, added the official.

The attack was backed by air cover of Apache helicopters, spy drones and warplanes, which launched several strikes to support the militias without achieving any progress on the ground.
