President al-Mashat discusses judiciary performance

SANAA, Dec. 2 (YPA) – President Mahdi al-Mashat on Sunday discussed with Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Ahmed al-Mutawakil, the judiciary performance.

They dealt with efforts exerted by the Judicial Council to bring justice closer to citizens, especially in light of the current situation experienced by the country.

The meeting touched on the workflow in the courts and prosecutions and the difficulties facing them, as well as the aspects of coordination between the judicial bodies and the prosecution to expedite the decision on cases of citizens.
