Armed groups raid citizens’ homes in Aden, arresting several

ADEN, March 6 (YPA) – Armed groups belonging to the so-called “First Brigade” carried out on Tuesday a large-scale raids on homes of many citizens in several districts of Aden province, southern Yemen, according to Yemen Press Agency’s reporter.
The armed groups raided the citizens’ houses in the areas of Mansoura, Memdara, Dar Saad, Masabin and Taqaniya under the pretext of searching for wanted people belonging to al-Qaeda.
A number of people were arrested in the raiding operations.
Aden province has witnessed several terrorist operations carried out by elements of Daesh organization, the last of which was the killing and wounding of two soldiers working in Aden port.
