Army carries out offensive in Bayda

BAYDA, Nov. 24 (YPA) – TheYemen army on Saturday carried out an offensive against sites and fortification of coalition-backed militias in Bayda province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The militias were inflicted heavy losses in lives and equipment during the offensive in Qania front, added the official.

Furthermore, the army controlled several sites during the offensive which lasted for hours, said the official.
