MARIB, Nov. 21 (YPA) – A senior military commander loyal to Saudi-led coalition was killed by the Yemeni army fire in Yemen’s Marib province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency on Wednesday.
Ali Omiasan, pro-coalition commander, along with several others of his militants, were killed in Makhdarah area in the district of Sirwah by the army forces’ fire.
The official said that the army forces launched an offensive on the militants’ sites, inflicting heavy losses on their ranks.
Earlier in the day, two coalition’s military commanders were killed and five of their militants were injured two separated ambushes in the same district.
