Top military commander killed in western caost

HODEIDAH, Nov. 8 (YPA) – A Senior commander loyal to Saudi-led coalition was killed on Thursday in clashes with the Yemeni army in Yemen’s Hodeidah, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

Col. Saleh Ahmed Saad Alraeni, loyal to Tarq Afash was killed in confrontations with the army forces which took place in Kilo 16 area of the western coast, the official said.

Hodeidah province is witnessing a fierce fighting between Yemen’s army and Saudi-backed militants who try to occupy its strategic port.
