Yemeni army carries out offensive in Badya

BAYDA, Nov. 7 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Wednesday launched an offensive on the sites of coalition-backed militants in Yemen’s central province of Bayda, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The attack targeted the militants in Ghaniah district, killing and injuring several of them, the official added.

Meanwhile, six improvised explosive devices went off when the militants tried to advance towards Natie front, leaving deaths and injuries in their ranks, the official added.
