SANAA, Nov. 7 (YPA) – Japan has decided to resume import of Iranian crude oil, after being exempted from the US embargo on Iran.
“There is no problem impeding the import of oil from Iran and we decided to include this issue on our agenda,” Nikkei News Network quoted trade minister Hiroshige Seko as saying on Tuesday.
Iran’s top oil customers have been exempted from the oil embargo imposed by Washington on Tehran, and these countries will be able to import Iranian oil.
The ban has affected Iran’s oil sales; however, its customers will start importing it as of next December.
