Several coalition-backed militants arrested in Hodeidah, Bayda

HODEIDAH, BAYDA, Oct. 31 (YPA) – Security services in Hodeidah province arrested a number of coalition-backed militias in Aljarahi district, a security official told Yemen Press Agency on Wednesday

According to the official, the coalition has supplied the arrested militias with weapons to form a cell to make chaos and disturb security stability, stressing that individuals admit they have received funds and weapons to carry out this task.

The official pointed out that they were referred to complete the proceedings

In Bayda, at least 10 militias were arrested, seven of them were seized at Ala’arsh district, two in Alsharih area and another one in Malajem district.

The security official indicated that the 10 militants were recruited in the coalition camps one of them is an officer, with a captain rank.

They were referred to the competent authority to complete the proceedings to bring them to justice, the official added.
