SANAA, Oct. 31 (YPA) – At least Seven people were killed and five injured in suicide bombing attack near a prison in Afghanistan, the Afghan security forces said Wednesday.
“The incident occurred near the prison of Paul Sharkhi, east of Kabul, targeting a bus carrying employees of Afghanistan’s biggest prison” the news channel quoted security source as saying.
A suicide bomber blew himself up near the gate of the largest prison in Afghanistan on Monday, killing at least three people and injuring three others, but no declaration of responsibility has yet been received, officials said.
The attacker blew up his improvised explosive device near a vehicle carrying staff from Pul-e-Charkhi prison in Kabul, Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish said.
Another government official said that three people died near the prison gate on the eastern outskirts of the capital, while three others were injured.
