Yemeni army liberates several sites in western coast

HODEIDAH, Oct. 27 (YPA) – The Yemeni army and popular committees on Saturday launched an offensive on the sites of the coalition-backed militants on the western coast of Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

Dozens of militants were killed and others injured during the attack which targeted their sites in Tuhitah district in the western coast, the official said.

The army forces were able to liberate several sites in the same district in addition to seizing a large quantity of weapons.

A military vehicle belonging to the militants was set on fire in the attack, the official added.
