Report: Army targets coalition militiamen, causing heavy casualties over 24 hours

SANAA, Oct. 26 (YPA) – The Yemeni army carried out  military operation against sites of Saudi-led coalition militiamen in all fronts over the past 24 hours, causing heavy casualties, a military official told Yemen Press Agency on Friday.

In western province of Hodeidah, Dozens of the militiamen were killed, others wounded and two military vehicles were destroyed when the army attacked their sites in Hais and al-Tuhitah areas.

In border province of Najran, the army waged an offensive on groups of the militiamen in al- Sudis site, killing and wounding many.

In Najran also, the army destroyed a military vehicle of the militiamen and killed its crew members in al-Buqa desert.

In Jizan province, the army launched an attack on the militiamen’s groups in site of al-Nar mountain and Malhamah, killing and wounding dozens.

In Asir province, a number of the Saudi soldiers were killed and injured when the army attacked their sites in al-Rabuah area, and fired artillery at the militiamen’s groups in Alib crossing point.

In Marib province, the army  carried out an attack on sites of the militiamen and killed and wounded a number of the militiamen in Nehm district.

In Jawf province, dozens of the militiamen were killed and injured in the army ‘s attack on sites in al-Maslub district.

In Taiz province, the army launched artillery towards groups of the militiamen in Salah area, killing and wounding many of the militiamen, the official added.
