Report: Over 24 civilians killed in Saudi-led airstrikes over 24 hours

SANAA, Oct.25 (YPA) – At least twenty-four civilians were killed, including children, and other injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched air strikes and ground attacks which targeted residential areas of Yemen’s provinces over the past 24 hours, according to Medic and officials report combined by Yemen Press Agency on Thursday.

  • In Hodeidah province:

At least 21 civilians were killed and other injured in an airstrike on a gathering of citizens in Masaudi area of Bait-Faqih district.
Three civilians were killed, including a child, in two airstrikes on 7 July area of Hodeidah city.

  • In Saada province:

A civilian was seriously injured by the fires of Saudi border guards in Monabeh district.
Missile and artillery shells were fired at civilians’ homes and farms in Baqem district.
A civilian’s car was damaged by artillery and missile shells in Monabeh district.

  • In Hajjah province:

Coalition warplane targeted a civilian’s car, loaded livestock, in Shab-Amadush area of Abs district.
