SANAA, Oct. 22 (YAP) – A women rally in the capital Sanaa on Monday called for continuing reinforcement to the army to confront the Saudi-led coalition.
The rally, organized in al-Wahda district, stressed on the importance to support the fronts with fighters and money to strengthen the Yemeni people’s steadfastness for defending the homeland and thwarting the coalition’s schemes.
The participants affirmed on the necessity of everyone to take responsibly for alleviating the suffering of the Yemenis because of economic war and the policy of starvation caused by the Saudi-led coalition blockade.
The rally also called on the United Nations, international community and women’s rights organizations to investigate into the coalition’s war crimes on the Yemeni people, especially women and children.
They praised the great triumphs achieved by the army, air and missile forces against the coalition in fronts.
