Death toll from tropical cyclone Luban rises to 12

MAHARA, Oct. 21 (YPA) Death toll from tropical cyclone Luban increased to 12  while 120 were injured, according to an official statement released on Sunday.

The statement warned against spread of cholera epidemic and other diseases.
