Report: Yemen Army attacks Saudi soldiers, militias in battle fronts over Sunday
SANNA, Feb. 26 (YPA) – The army has carried out military operation which targeted Saudi soldiers’ sites and militias’ gatherings in several battlefronts on Sunday, according to military reports combined by Yemen Press Agency.
- In Najran border province:
Saudi soldiers’ gatherings were targeted by an attack in Makhroq alsaghir site, killing and wounding dozens.
An offensive operation was carried out against Saudi soldiers; sites in Sudais censorship.
Zilzal-2 missile and artillery shells were fired toward enemy soldiers’ gatherings in Saqa censorship.
- In the border province of Jizan:
Katyusha rockets were fired toward Saudi soldiers and militias’ gatherings in Makhial camp of Aridhah area.
A military pick-up and a jeep-type vehicle were burned in Bujan site.
Artillery shelling targeted Saudi soldiers’ gatherings in Tewaal.
- In Saudi border province of Asir:
A military pick-up was smashed beyond Qadhea-Nmair village.
A Saudi soldier was sniped in Khazan hill of Qewa village.
A Saudi-backed militia was shot dead beyond Alab crossing.
- In Taiz province:
A militias’ military vehicle was burned by artillery shells east of Khaled camp in Moazea district.
A military vehicle of militias was destroyed in western coast.
- In Marib province:
Qahir-M2 missile was fired toward Saudi-backed militias’ gatherings in Om-Raish camp.
- In Lahj province:
The missile force of the army fired two Ghirad missiles toward Saudi-backed militias’ gatherings east of Kahboub district.
