Security forces free abducted child, arrest his kidnappers in Sanaa

SANAA, Oct. 15 (YPA) – Security forces in Sanaa province on Monday managed to free an abducted child and arrest those accused of kidnapping him, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The security forces arrested Mohammed Abdrabbu al-Toa’ri, 25, and Mohammed Ahmed al-Kholani, 30, for kidnapping of five-year-old child, Mohammed Abdulkarim al-Dhobibi, on October 13, the official said.

The child was abducted from front of Al-Sabeen School in the capital Sanaa and taken by the kidnappers to Toa’r area in al-Hesn district of Sanaa province.

The two accused were referred to judiciary for completing legal proceedings, he added.

The security forces in Sanaa also arrested a four-person robbery gang and referred them for investigation in preparation for bringing them to justice.
